Update on Chuu2

tl;dr updates are on a break.

Recently I’ve been informed that Oracle, my editor, has decided to stop editing to focus on other things in life. So, what does this mean for chuu2 releases?

In the short term, it means that I won’t be releasing first draft of Part 1 of Chapter 5 that I already have finished. Without an editor who is much more well versed in Japanese than I am, I don’t feel comfortable with releasing something that is most likely riddled with translation errors.

However, this does not mean I’m not actively translating chuu2. The current plan for me is to still see the novel through to the end. While I’m in the process of getting an editor arranged for the series, I’ll still be slowly translating the novel. More about the editor situation will probably be announced once I can contact Kita (who is enjoying his well-deserved vacation).

To end this on a more light-hearted note:

THINK YOU CAN TAKE ME THINK YOU CAN TAKE ME THINK YOU CAN TAKE ME

Don’t forget me
